........and here they are!
Harry and Eimile arrive on the new Alphalines ferry from Pireaus. They had landed in Athens at 04.30, taken a taxi to the port but had to wait until 09.00 for the first ferry, arriving in Poros at 10.00After a catch up and a sleep we walked round to the beach where they had a swim and then walked back over the top of town through the narrow alleyways.

We stopped beside this house to take photos looking down into Navy bay but the lady of the house came out and insisted that we went inside and took pictures from her balcony. She then proceeded to tell us that their house next door was the only one in Poros actually built into the rock and she had set it up as a museum with furniture and items she had collected around Greece.
Beautiful cloths from Crete
Some examples of everyday items she had on display
From the rocks at the top, looking down to where Serenity is moored on the quay.
Next day, round to Russian Bay.
Eimile and I swimming back to the boat having taken the long lines ashore and tied onto trees.
Much quieter in the bay than our previous visits - Serenity on her own on the shore.
We walked around the headland, where we had walked with David, but this time went down to "Love Bay".
Exploring around the rocks by the small chapel.
Cold beers on the water's edge!
A few messages for life pinned up at Love Bay.
Beautiful evening in the bay - and Serenity has fairy lights! Wonderful - thank you Harry and Eimile!
From Russian Bay to Ermioni

Cheers!!
Anchored in Ermioni bay - sunny but a lot of swell.
Ouzo meze in the harbour at Ermioni.
(There was a plate of anchovies etc but it doesn't seem to have got into the photo!)
Temperatures are definitely dropping now that we are into October.
Harry's amazing photo of the sun's rays on our way back to Poros.
Walking out of town and around the headland.....
.......past the small chapel.
From around the headland looking towards the small islands in the distance on the right, we sailed round here on our way to Ermioni.
Round to the beach from the other direction, time for a swim for Harry and Eimile
And drinks at the beach bar.
An evening walk up to the clock tower and an incredible sunset.
A wet morning in Poros - Scrabble challenge!
A very traditional Greek meal at Oasis.
Time for Harry and Eimile to leave on the ferry back to Pireaus. It has been so good having them to stay.
Harry's photo looking back from the ferry to us on the quay waving them off.
What a lovely collection of photos!
